FalseFlesh End User License Agreement (FalseFlesh EULA)

By purchasing any FalseFlesh product, you the buyer/user acknowledge that you are purchasing a single license of the software product. This single license only allows for one copy of the FalseFlesh product to be installed on one computer for the duration of the license agreement. The signal license does not entitle the buyer to any rights or property both physical and intellectual relating to FalseFlesh. The buyer further acknowledges that upon purchase they are entering into a legally binding contract to follow the conditions indicated in the FalseFlesh End User License Agreement. Additionally the buyer realizes that any buyer breach of contract voids the license agreement, and the buyer's signal license to a FalseFlesh product can be revoked.

TERMS OF LICENSE

The owner of a FalseFlesh product license understands that it is required that each computer the owner chooses to run the software on must have a valid software license issued exclusively by the creators of FalseFlesh. Attempting to distribute FalseFlesh
without express permission from FalseFlesh.com voids the buyer's FalseFlesh License Agreement(s). Additionally attempting to make copies of this program for distribution without valid license agreements or attempting to circumvent or disable copyright mechanisms is in violation of International Anti-Piracy Treaties and the Digital Millennium Copy Right Act, which could result in civil and potentially criminal repercussions

The single license to a FalseFlesh product only grants one installation through the duration of the license agreement, therefore if a buyer for some reason requires another installation on the same computer, the buyer can contact FalseFlesh.com with the necessary confirmation of purchase details and request a new installation, in which an entirely new single license will be given. Because FalseFlesh is a digital good, we have no way of retrieving or verifying the status of the software on a computer and therefore, cannot offer refunds.

INDEMNIFICATION

In no event shall FalseFlesh.com, or FalseFelsh’s creators, owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any adverse consequences due to a FalseFlesh product including but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of data, legal disputes, or any other possible damages. Under no circumstances will FalseFlesh.com or the above mentioned parties be liable for more than the purchase price of one of its' products. By purchasing FlaseFlesh you release all mentioned parties from all and any possible liability.

PRIVACY

FalseFlesh respects are customer's privacy and keeps all order information completely confidential. We use Digital River's RegNow (www.regnow) for our credit card processing, therefore "Register Now" will appear on your credit card statement.
 

SPECIFIC USE OF SOFTWARE

By purchasing a FalseFlesh product you are asserting that you are of at least 18 years of age. Additionally you agree that you will never under any circumstances use the software in a manner that violates city, state, or federal laws. Furthermore you agree to not use FalseFlesh in any manner that could violate copyright, harassment, slander, or libel laws.

The buyer/user of any FalseFlesh.com acknowledges that this software product it strictly for entertainment purposes only. The user of FlaseFlesh.com agrees that not photos created using FalseFlesh can be disseminated without prior explicit approval of FalseFlesh.com

REACH OF FALSEFLESH END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
You understand and accept, that on occasion FalseFlesh will modify, edit, and extend the FalseFlesh End User License Agreement and that it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they are always in compliance with the current license agreement.
